Hi Seen_er,CTOS? If that was some kind of abbreviation..hmm..beats me! I am hopeless with any abreviation. Or could that mean Chief Technical Officers you wanna employ..he he. Just shooting in the dark.
Dear K Ruby,Credit Tip Off Services.. the one in the news currently... sort of a credit rating agency macam in the states. A lot of complain but only lately in the news... for obvious reasons!
